CR Clinical was established in 2014 by clinical research professionals who saw a gap in the industry: sponsors needed a CRO that combined the reach of a global organization with the responsiveness and accountability of a boutique firm.
Over 11 years, we have built a network of more than 1,000 investigative sites across North America, Europe, and Africa. Our team has managed trials in oncology, rare disease, CNS, cardiovascular, and infectious disease.
Today, CR Clinical serves pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sponsors at every stage of development, from first-in-human through post-market surveillance.

CR Clinical Founded
Established as a boutique CRO in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, focused on clinical operations and monitoring services.
2016
European Site Network
Extended site network into Europe, establishing investigator relationships across the UK, Germany, France, and Eastern Europe.
2018
African Operations Launch
Became one of few mid-size CROs with qualified site access in Sub-Saharan Africa, opening new enrollment pathways.
2020
eClinical Platform
Deployed an integrated 8-module eClinical suite, bringing EDC, eConsent, eTMF, and CTMS under one validated platform.

CRA Academy Launch
